The first wedding of my 2016 season started at Woodbury Park, Exeter, Devon. The day belonged to Greg and Lisa and their day was the first real sign that we do still get great weather in this country after a long drawn out winter. I really am hopeful for a stunning year of weddings basked in glorious sunshine, we were off to a good start.
My day started with the preparations, Lisa had chosen to have the bridal party hair “Up Do’d” at the Salon on site at Woodbury Park and then it was on to the Hotel for the rest of the prep. Greg and his best men were also getting ready at the Hotel so I was lucky enough to spend time with both parties and capture the last minute sprucing up of the men, doing a fine job of dressing each other :) and of course Lisa spending some special time with her mum ensuring she looked extra stunning for her big day.
On to the service and it’s always lovely to see so much emotion, from all parties, there were plenty of tears, happy tears especially as a result of the words that were spoken, ringing true in their ears, a really beautiful moment for all.
The weather continued to be fine so we made good use of the grounds throughout the day ensuring everything that needed to be capturing, was done so (and more).
The Greg Norman suite at Woodbury Park makes for a fantastic party venue, and when dressed it looks fantastic and this day was no different, in the evening the guests were treated to some Casino action, Greg and Lisa were off to Vegas for their Honeymoon so only thought it was right to give their guests a little taste of the action.
Greg and Lisa had a fantastic day with their nearest and dearest celebrating with them on a beautiful day in the Devonshire sunshine, stunning, congratulations Greg and Lisa.
Here are a few choice pics from their day.
